Muscat:  Oman’s budget airline, SalamAir, has unveiled a major fare sale that promises to revolutionize the travel landscape in the region. The promotion, which runs from July 24th to 31st, offers unprecedented discounts on flights across its network, including domestic and international routes.

Unbeatable prices

Travellers can now book flights between Muscat and Salalah for as low as 19 Omani Riyals (approximately USD 49), a move that is set to redefine the concept of affordable air travel. The sale extends its reach to popular international destinations like Dubai and Delhi, making it an attractive option for those planning trips abroad.

Introducing the "Light" Fare

As part of this fare sale, SalamAir is introducing its new "Light" fare product. This option offers the lowest possible price with a 7kg hand luggage allowance. By unbundling services, the airline aims to provide passengers with greater flexibility and control over their travel expenses.

A strategic shift

Sherif Hosny, Director of Marketing at SalamAir, emphasized the airline's commitment to affordability. “This fare sale is a testament to our dedication to providing accessible air travel for everyone,” he said. “By introducing the ‘Light’ fare, we're empowering our customers to choose the services they need and pay only for what they want.”

Timeline

The sale is valid for travel between September 16th and December 15th, giving travelers ample time to plan their trips and take advantage of these incredible offers.

SalamAir's aggressive pricing strategy is expected to disrupt the market and set a new benchmark for affordability in the airline industry.
